Ottawa & the Ottawa Valley
Meetups, skill sessions, and family adventures across Ottawa and the Valley—with plenty of easy-access trail options.

Locations / Service Area
Outdoor Kids is a community-based outdoor education program. We organize meetups and skill-building events across the region—and we help families connect with other families near them.
Base Camp
We have a base camp on 50 acres near Sharbot Lake. This gives us a consistent home for deeper skill-building days, seasonal projects, and family-friendly learning that benefits from a stable location.
Think: fire and shelter practice, navigation games, tool skills, tracking, and camping foundations—with a community vibe.
